Prepare a new generation of leaders between the ages of 23-32, and motivate them to take political action. Components: Analisis and Reflexion with focus groups; Learn Doing; Formation of platforms; Generational networds. The idea is to help form young leaders that can become the generational sucessors of El Salvador.

Phase 1: Course at my university (ESEN), open to ESEN students and recent alumni

Phase 2: Leadership seminar open to young leaders of El Salvador

Phase 3: Regional leadership seminars

Seminar content development, leadership development model, logistics and organization. Involving key partners in project. Funding.

Yes.

8. Why is it worthy of ALI/ILI

It has a multiplier effect of the experience I lived during CALI. It builds the capacity of young leaders in El Salvador and the region. It builds critical mass to take on the region’s challenges.
