Dr. Arturo Condo has a doctorate in business administration from Harvard Business School in the fields of business strategy and competitiveness and a master in business administration from INCAE Business School. Since 2007, Dr. Condo is President of INCAE Business School, a leading business school in Latin America, where he is also Full Professor in business strategy, international business and competitiveness. He also serves as Senior Institute Associate of the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School. At INCAE, he leads a team of researchers to work in national and regional development agendas in the Region. Dr. Condo is member of the first inaugural class of the Central American Leadership Initiative, and was recognized in 2008 by the World Economic Forum as a member of the Young Global Leaders, a multistakeholder community of exceptional young leaders who share a commitment to shaping the global future. He serves as a member of the Board of Fundación Paniamor, a NGO that works to preserve the human rights of children and teenagers. He is also a member of the Global Advisory Board of the Global Business Oath. He is an author and co-author of articles, books and teaching cases in his areas of expertise. He works also as an independent consultant in strategic planning and global strategy for firms and industry organizations in Latin America and Asia.
