We aim to provide our Fellows with mentors that can guide them through their thought and action process in developing and executing their Fellowship projects. To do this, we are always searching for leaders that may fulfill these roles for our Fellows. We are looking for mentor candidates with the following characteristics:

• A respected personal trajectory
• Experience in the business, governmental or the social sector.
• Time availability to meet with Fellows
• Good communication skills
• Identification with our mission and goal of creating a better Central American region
